File service (fastest)

Postal repair (for faulty units)

Write-back responsibility: For file services, it is the garage or technician’s responsibility to write the returned file to the vehicle using their own tool. We do not carry out the physical write for trade file-service customers.

It is the responsibility of the garage, technician, or end customer fitting the file to ensure the vehicle complies with the road-traffic and emissions laws of the country in which it is operated. We do not supply these files for use on UK public roads.
